I Love Me // Self Love Affirmations

On Monday, February 22, 2021, I shared with you about my vulnerable personal journey of healing 20 years of disordered eating. Through the process I realized that it all kept coming back to loving myself more. Mindset has become everything to me. I found that using positive affirmations helped to eliminate negative self-talk and brought on a feeling of happiness and joyful emotions. After listening to affirmations I found on the Internet, I decided that I would record my own affirmations that resonated with me in my now state of being. I’ve decided to share these personal affirmations with my community to help support your own healing and self love, especially if you’ve gone through something similar.
